Our hosts stay with the setup all evening, so no guest ever handles a coal or a mouthpiece themselves.

Mr Flavour covers the whole of the UK from our Manchester base. We work most often in Manchester and the North West, London and the South East, and Birmingham and the Midlands, with regular events in Cheshire, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol and Edinburgh.
Our Shisha Range
We hold five setups, chosen so the shisha bar suits the venue and the design scheme rather than fighting them.
- Egyptian handcrafted pipes. Traditional stainless steel and glass. The classic choice for gardens, terraces and marquee events.
- Electronic shishas. Coal free and vapour based, so they can be approved for indoor venues where a naked flame cannot.
- LED aquarium shisha. An illuminated base with live colour change, designed to work as a centrepiece.
- Cocktail glass martini shisha. Built into an oversized martini glass. Our most requested crossover with the mobile bar.
- German Engineered Crystal Shisha. A more premium build quality, the german shishas are superior quality and suit clientele who want a premium experience.
Any of the five can be combined on one bar, and all of them pair with mobile bar hire, champagne tower hire or cocktail fountains as a single package.
How Many Shisha Pipes Do You Need
As a guide, allow one shisha pipe per 10 to 12 guests when shisha sits alongside a bar as a feature, and one per 6 to 8 guests when shisha is the main attraction of the evening. A 100 guest wedding usually runs comfortably on 8 to 10 pipes with two hosts.

Can You Have Shisha Indoors at Your Venue
Yes, in most cases, using electronic shishas. UK smoke free law under the Health Act 2006 prohibits burning tobacco inside enclosed premises, which rules out traditional charcoal pipes indoors. Electronic shishas produce vapour rather than smoke and nothing is burned, so most venues will approve them inside.
Charcoal pipes stay outside, on a terrace, in a garden or in an open sided marquee. In practice this is rarely a compromise, because an outdoor shisha lounge becomes its own destination within the event.
We confirm the position with your venue in writing before the date, and supply the risk assessment and method statement they need, so there is no debate on the day.
Shisha Tent and Lounge Hire
A shisha tent gives you a defined, weatherproof space that satisfies venue ventilation requirements while still feeling like part of the party. Each build includes the marquee, low lounge seating, side tables, lighting and the shisha service itself.
Open sided structures keep charcoal pipes compliant while sheltering guests from British weather. We style the interior to your colour scheme rather than arriving with a plain white frame, and we can carry your event branding through onto the menu cards and the bar front.
Safety, Insurance and Venue Compliance
Every booking carries public liability insurance to £10 million and comes with a full RAMS document, the risk assessment and method statement your venue or event planner will ask for, supplied in advance rather than on the day.
Our pipes are kitchen grade stainless steel with silicone hoses, and every component is steam sterilised in the week before your event. We use 100 percent natural coconut charcoal and branded factory tobacco only. Each guest gets their own disposable mouth tip. A trained host stays with the setup for the full service, so no guest handles a hot coal at any point.
We complete a health and safety assessment in your venue before service begins and coordinate directly with your venue or planner on ventilation and placement.
How It Works
Most events are quoted within 24 hours. For summer and December dates we recommend booking six to eight weeks ahead.

Six to eight weeks is comfortable for most dates. Summer weekends and December fill earliest, so for those we would say three months. We do take short notice bookings when the diary allows, so it is always worth asking.
